Auraplus IT And Digital Services is committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions through a transparent and structured delivery process. This policy outlines our standards, responsibilities, and expectations regarding project handover and timelines.
1. Project Timelines
- Due to the unique nature of each project, no standardized delivery time is guaranteed.
- Project timelines are discussed and finalized at the initiation stage and documented in the official agreement.
- If delays occur due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed feedback, missing assets), Auraplus shall not be held responsible.
2. Delivery Workflow
- Projects are developed in phases (e.g., discovery, design, development, testing), with feedback requested at each phase.
- Final delivery is conducted only after:
- Completion of all development stages
- Client approvals
- Final invoice settlement
3. Final Deliverables
Final deliverables are clearly outlined in the agreement and may include:
- Website Source Code
- Admin Dashboard Access Credentials
- Design Files (UI/UX)
- SEO & GEO Strategy Reports
- AI Automation Workflow Documentation
4. Hosting & Deployment
- If the client provides their own hosting, we will deploy on their server after compatibility verification.
- If client-provided hosting is subpar, we will recommend suitable alternatives but bear no liability for resulting issues.
5. Third-Party Delays
Auraplus IT And Digital Services shall not be liable for:
- Server Downtime
- Domain Registration Issues
- Delays due to plugin/API providers However, we shall:
- Raise support tickets promptly
- Actively follow up until issue resolution
6. Delays Due to Client
- If project delays are caused by delayed client communication or submission of necessary materials, Auraplus is not responsible for timeline extensions.
- Timelines will be adjusted accordingly without additional liability.
7. Shipping of Physical Items
- We do not deal in physical products; no shipping is involved.
- At our discretion, physical tokens/gifts may be sent as a gesture of appreciation, with all associated costs borne by Auraplus.
8. Service-Specific Delivery Clauses
SEO & Generative Engine Optimization
- Deliverables: strategy reports, keyword performance data, content plans, backlink summaries, analytics dashboards.
- Timelines may be affected by search engine indexing or algorithm updates.
UI/UX Design
- Deliverables: wireframes, mockups, UI kits, design systems.
- Final handoff includes access to design files and collaborative links.
AI Automation & Workflows
- Deliverables: documented workflows, API maps, automation scripts, training/testing reports.
- Final performance depends on external services (e.g., OpenAI); we are not responsible for third-party issues.
9. Policy Changes & Final Authority
- Auraplus IT And Digital Services reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Final interpretation and decision-making authority regarding all aspects of delivery remain with Auraplus IT And Digital Services.
